Students with Internet access

In order to connect the entire school community, individual e-mails were created in Microsoft OFFICE 365 for all students in the group.

Students / Guardians were contacted by the Principals / Class Directors to communicate the credentials for accessing the individual e-mail box and Teams (Virtual Classroom).

The e-mail consists of the process number followed by "@ aveenm.pt". Example: 12345@aveenm.pt

Digital School Program

The Digital School Program begins with the assignment, to students of the A and B levels who attend basic education , of a kit consisting of a laptop computer, headphones with microphone, a backpack, a Hotspot and a SIM card.

The General Secretariat for Education and Science (SGEC) is the entity responsible for supplying the equipment to the School Groups, which, in turn, are responsible for granting students the right to temporary and free use of computer equipment, connectivity and related services. , as part of the implementation of the measure “Universalization of the Digital School”, as lenders.

This process requires the delivery of the equipment at the host school, the signing of a Cooperation Agreement on the use of computer equipment, between the respective AE / ENA and SGEC, as well as the signing of a Delivery Notice by the student's Parent. who is assigned the equipment.

The Grouping of Schools requests the return of computer equipment, connectivity and related services, in the following situations:

a) When students have completed the cycle or level of education for which the equipment to be provided or compulsory education is intended;

b) In situations of transferring students to another School Group other than the 2nd grantor;

c) In the case of the application of disciplinary sanctioning measures to students who determine “transfer from school” or “expulsion from school”.

In the cases provided for in the preceding paragraph, the return of computer equipment, connectivity and related services by the EE, or by the student, must occur through the delivery of them to the premises of the host school, within a maximum period of one week.

The Guardian / Student (lender) undertakes to ensure the conservation of the goods and equipment that are given to him by lending (loan), and must return them at the end of the period indicated in the previous points in the conditions that result from responsible use. and prudent, under penalty of contractual obligations being triggered due to loss or deterioration of property and equipment.

The Guardian / Student (lender) is also obliged to bear all expenses due for the recovery of goods or equipment, whenever the damage comes from misuse or negligence in its conservation.

Finally, each Guardian is responsible for starting the equipment with the student's e-mail credentials and only those!

Students must bring the equipment to the school whenever requested by the teachers.
